Fireworks

I'm sorry; this post is not about nature.  Since it is the Fourth of July, and I just watched an amazing fireworks show from my driveway, I wanted to post some photos of it.  A few startled birds flew out of the trees, but they were alright.  My dog did the worst.  He's terrified of fireworks.  My cats didn't care at all.

P.S.  I found that when taking fireworks photos, setting the shutter speed to between three and four seconds worked very well.  (I'm still pretty new to photography and just learned what shutter speed is, by the way.)
